About Us
The Best Group was established in 2006, recognising the emerging opportunity of shared ownership to revolutionise the way people invest in property and the business plans of developers around the world.
In 2008 we launced our first fractional development, the Cap Maison in St. Lucia. We successfully structured and sold $4.5 million worth of fractions.
Since that time, we have advised, structured, marketed, sold and operated in fractional ownership developments around the world.
We have been recognised by the Overseas Living Luxury Lifestyle Awards for two years running, and by the OPP Industry Awards in the Best Fractional Service category. Developers come to us for our experience in Fractional Ownership, but there’s more to our service than just that.
We use a rigorous process to take a development from the initial idea through commitment, design and implementation, managing your “at risk” cost, and the project timescales at each stage.
