Best Group’s clients enjoy £17 million of sales in the last quarter
10 March 2010: After a record January, where £7 million of sales were closed through Best Group’s structures, Best Group is proud to announce a strong month of sales for its clients in February – totalling £7 million.
Total sales of property in Best Group’s structures in the last quarter have now exceeded £17 million, making this the best quarterly performance since Best Group’s inception in 2006.
Best Group is the leading consulting group in the shared ownership industry, specialising in fractional ownership, fund structures and SIPP schemes.
Said Brad Lincoln, CEO, Best Group: “Our structures have proven particularly popular in recent months, as buyers remain interested in property investment, and mortgage finance for overseas property continues to be hard to obtain. "In the last three months of the year, our customers achieved £2 million in sales, mainly in cash deals.
